    Build, buy or partner

    You build: A vendor evaluation scorecard for your shortlist

    • What to build in-house and what never to
    • Evaluating vendors on data, lock-in and support
    • Total cost over three years, not the licence fee

    Risk, governance and data

    You build: A first draft of your organization's AI use policy

    • India's DPDPA, data residency and customer consent
    • Approval gates and human oversight by risk level
    • Incidents: detection, escalation and disclosure
